The 1st phase of the rollout plan is in establishing the Bond Origination business unit that will serve to facilitate the process of bond applications with all major banks in South Africa. As Servants serving the masters, we will enter into contractual agreements and memorandum of understanding with most real estate agents operatives in Soshanguve where they will be focusing on the core of their business with sales. Once a sale deal is concluded they will pass the sale to DIMAKS for bond origination.

Residential Property Management

The second phase of the roll out plan is the establishment of the residential property management business unit. The unit will acquire residential units from either the developers or owner to provide a pure rental management services. The portfolio will operate on a base factor of 50 units out of South Africa mainly operating in the townships.

Real Estate Agency

The 3rd phase of the roll out includes the establishment of an independent real estate agency to further boost the bond origination business unit. This business unit will be set to grow strategically through a merger and acquisition program of small and independent agency operating in the townships.

Residential Property Development

The last phase of this roll out will be an establishment of the residential property development business unit that will acquire land to establish affordable residential units in the townships.
